Users may register on the Website to become Members before completing a transaction. Guest users who complete a purchase will automatically be provided with a user account.
During registration, Users must provide personal information as defined in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to name, email address, contact number, delivery address, and a verification question (e.g., mother’s maiden name).
Registration is a one-time process. Members who have already registered must log in using their existing credentials.

Delivery Region: Pan India
Products purchased from the Website will be delivered within 15 business days from the billing date via courier.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be billed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be billed on the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Date: The date the product is dispatched from Twinkle Choice.
Estimated Delivery Date: Within 5 business days from the billing/shipping date.
Products will be delivered through authorized courier services.
The purchase invoice will be included in the package, and an order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of the order.
Customers may place orders from anywhere in the world, provided the delivery address is within India.

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase through the Website’s payment gateway.
Orders will be shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
An invoice will be included with the package, and order details will be sent via email.

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a payment gateway approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
